Return Policy
A Return of Goods Authorization Number (RGA #) is required for all product returns.
A RGA # and shipping instructions can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
No returns will be accepted without the RGA #.

• A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned goods on stock material (non-defective products).
• All returns must be unused and brought back to one of our locations or shipped back in its original packaging in order to receive full credit.
• All claims and returns must be accompanied with a receipt or sales number.
• No returns will be accepted or credit issued on used products, unless they are proven to be defective.
• All claims of shortages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customers must pay shipping charges on all returns.
- No returns authorized after 30 days from date of purchase.
- No returns will be authorized on custom color or special order items.
- No returns on any cementitious or powder products.
- No returns will be authorized on HAZMAT products, chemicals, adhesives, unless defective.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Concrete Polishing and Prep Solutions (CPPS)
will issue a refund on shipping charges if it is proven there was a shipping error or the product
was defective.
